Contractor shall provide assisted transportation (Wheelchair Van Transportation) services for the beneficiaries of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Fayetteville, North Carolina located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301, Health Care Centers (HCC), and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) known as the Coastal and Sandhills regions within the Fayetteville Medical Center enterprise in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The contractor shall furnish 24-hour Wheelchair Van Transportation services for the beneficiaries on an as needed basis, and for patients with regular standing appointments at either the VAMC or private facilities in the community. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price Requirements type contract for these services. This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned small businesses.
