Background
This request for proposal (RFP) serves to award multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts to provide the entire US Forest Service with Geospatial Services. The USFS National Geospatial Services contract involves specialized hardware, internet and intranet access, GIS, image analysis and other software, ancillary data and information, vehicles, personal protection equipment (PPE), incidental property such as cubicle workspace equipped with desks, chairs, filing space, telephones, and USFS imaged desktop computers and monitors. It also includes the operation of Government-Owned Vehicles and compliance with applicable security regulations and operations requirements for facility access and handling of information and materials.

Work Details
The work includes specialized hardware including ground station equipment, internet and intranet access, GIS, image analysis, and other software. It also involves providing ancillary data and information relevant to the performance of project objectives, vehicles, personal protection equipment (PPE), incidental property such as cubicle workspace equipped with desks, chairs, filing space, telephones, and USFS imaged desktop computers and monitors. Additionally, it includes the operation of Government-Owned Vehicles and compliance with applicable security regulations and operations requirements for facility access and handling of information and materials.
