USDA FS - Dolores Public Lands Office Janitorial - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Department of Agriculture (USDA), is conducting market research to evaluate capabilities related to providing janitorial services for the Dolores Public Lands Office and Warehouse in Dolores, Colorado. This initiative aims to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for the USDA facilities, enhancing operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. The GSA's involvement underscores the importance of leveraging expertise within the market to meet government facility maintenance standards.

The scope of work involves comprehensive janitorial services that include providing all necessary labor, supervision, supplies (except for Government Furnished Property), and equipment required for cleaning tasks. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining approximately 18,000 square feet of office space, which includes various rooms such as conference rooms, a foyer, lobby, sales area, copy rooms, supply room, mailroom/file room, offices, restrooms, hallways, kitchen/break room areas with both carpeted and non-carpeted flooring. Additionally, the warehouse includes an office space with amenities requiring regular cleaning.

The contractor is expected to operate between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., five days a week from Monday through Sunday. This schedule provides flexibility in choosing which five days to perform the services each week while ensuring that all areas are maintained consistently throughout the contract period. The contractor must ensure adequate staffing levels and provide ongoing supervision to guarantee high-quality service delivery aligned with contract requirements.
