The United States Air Force (USAF), through the General Services Administration (GSA), is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of supporting the Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) and Forward Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (FPED) programs. These efforts are managed by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Command and Control/Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Division at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The DCGS is an essential component of USAF's Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations, providing comprehensive intelligence processing capabilities from a variety of sensors deployed on platforms like the U-2, RQ-4 Global Hawk, and MQ-9 Reaper.

The work being solicited involves a range of technical services aimed at enhancing the DCGS/FPED systems' functionality. Contractors are expected to provide IT systems maintenance engineering services with a focus on rapid AGILE integration processes. Key tasks include system integration, analyst workflow enhancements, acquisition planning acceleration, cyber security measures implementation, and fielding support activities. These efforts are crucial for maintaining operational readiness and ensuring that updates to fielded systems are implemented smoothly within both laboratory settings and real-world deployments.

Specific contractor requirements include worldwide deployability within 48 hours' notice and holding Top Secret/SCI clearance with various caveats such as Restricted Data (RD), Formerly Restricted Data (FRD), Critical Nuclear Weapon Design Information (CNWDI), NATO caveats among others. Experience with stereoscopic information technology systems/capabilities is required alongside proficiency in VMware products, ArcGIS/ESRI software suites, Dell PowerScale storage products, Dell PowerEdge servers as well as other specified hardware components. Additionally, expertise in developing workflows for targeting applications/software is necessary along with overseeing integration activities from conception to deployment.

Furthermore, contractors are expected to demonstrate experience in programmatic and technical planning for sustaining DoD classified information systems along with software verification/validation testing. Imagery Analyst Subject Matter Experts must possess certifications related to Integrated Weapons of Mass Destruction analysis as well as training in specific software tools like Digital Exploitation Engine (DIEE) and Joint Munitions Effectiveness Manual Weaponeering System (JWS). The role also requires proficiency in network device installation/troubleshooting within StateFarm Systems ensuring compliance with all relevant policies while maintaining detailed documentation of all integration processes.
