USAF - Data Science and Metadata Management - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF), is conducting market research to support the Department of the Air Force Headquarters, specifically within the Air Education Training Command (AETC) Analysis and Assessments Directorate (HQ AETC/A9) and the HQ AETC Data Office (HQ AETC/A6). The primary aim of this initiative is to enhance education, training, and development processes through innovative data science and metadata management. This effort is part of a broader strategy to leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to improve mission effectiveness and decision-making capabilities within the Air Force.

The Performance Work Statement outlines a comprehensive approach that includes developing advanced analytics and modeling techniques to predict and optimize educational outcomes. Additionally, it focuses on designing enterprise data governance frameworks that ensure data quality, security, and accessibility for next-generation analytical applications. The project also involves creating an Enterprise Data Management Environment compliant with Department of Defense standards, facilitating high-quality data management practices across various operations.
