USAF - Airman & Family Care Directorate Workflow Support - Market Research

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Air Force (USAF), is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing workflow support services for the Airman and Family Care Directorate. This initiative is part of an effort to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of various programs under the Directorate's purview, which are critical for supporting Airmen, Guardians, and their families. The contract will focus on delivering non-personal services that include all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and supervision required to meet the specified performance standards.

The scope of work involves comprehensive support across several divisions within the Directorate: AFPC/DPFF (Airman and Family Readiness Operations Division), DPFC (Total Force Casualty/Mission Persons Programs), and DPFZ (Integrated Resilience Operations Division).
