USACE - Facility Maintenance Contract - MRAS

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA), is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive facility maintenance services for two key locations: the Fort Mifflin Project Office in Philadelphia, PA, and the Pedricktown Field Office in Pedricktown, NJ. This initiative aims to ensure that these facilities are maintained in optimal condition, adhering to industry standards and USACE requirements. The overarching goal is to enhance operational efficiency and longevity of the infrastructure at both sites through regular maintenance and timely repairs.

The scope of work encompasses a wide range of maintenance activities across several critical systems. Contractors will be responsible for all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, tools, and transportation necessary for executing preventive maintenance as well as corrective repairs. Key areas include roofing systems where tasks involve inspection, repair, replacement of shingles and gutters, emergency leak response, and ensuring proper drainage to prevent structural damage.

Additional responsibilities cover plumbing systems with duties such as repairing water supply lines and maintaining fixtures; HVAC systems requiring inspection and repair of units like air handlers and chillers; electrical systems involving maintenance of distribution panels and site lighting; generator maintenance including routine preventive measures; window replacement to ensure weatherproofing; and boiler upkeep. Each task must align with manufacturer recommendations, applicable codes, and USACE standards.
