Underground Piping Hellgate Campground Water System

Background
The Bureau of Reclamation’s Missouri Basin Regional Office (MBRO) is issuing a solicitation for the supply and delivery of materials necessary for the construction of an underground piping system at Hellgate Campground, located at Canyon Ferry Reservoir, MT. The goal of this contract is to procure potable water buried pipe and fittings, which will be utilized by government forces to construct the project.

Work Details
The Supplier shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, expertise, supervision, and start-up services on specialty valves and pumps necessary to supply and deliver the specified materials needed for the construction of the project. This includes all pipe, fittings, plumbing, and appurtenances as outlined in the project plans and specifications. The Supplier is responsible for reviewing and understanding these plans to ensure a reasonable supply of materials.

The tasks include:
1. Supply and delivery of potable water buried pipe and fittings;
2. Provision of necessary labor and equipment;
3. Transportation of materials to the site;
4. Supervision during the delivery process;
5. Start-up services for specialty valves and pumps.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is from July 30, 2025, to October 13, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Hellgate Campground located at Canyon Ferry Reservoir in Montana.
