INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FAR 6.302-1(c) Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 7, 1670 Clairmont Rd, Decatur, GA 31021 intends to award a firm-fixed price sole source contract to Relias. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c): "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed procurement is for CE-Direct Online E-Learning Program at Atlanta VA Medical Center, Decatur GA. The contract may be for a period of one year plus the possibility of four one-year options periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, (Professional and Management Development Training), and the size standard in millions of dollars is 13 million. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Please note that Relias LLC. is the manufacturer of the sole manufacturer of all proprietary of CE-Direct software applications serving Atlanta VA Medical Center. Relias LLC. direct service branch office is the only channel authorized by Relias to provide healthcare staff to access and self-register into learning events that provide continuing education credit under CE-Direct software application. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
