The RFI seeks information regarding potential concepts and operational approaches to improve the MDR and Capitol Market. Key areas of interest include:

The MDR consists of a reception area, two dining areas, and an attached kitchen, designed to provide fine dining for Members of Congress and their guests. The Capitol Market serves as a more casual food service facility with shared kitchen access. The RFI also invites recommendations on staffing models, service delivery methods, culinary operations, cost controls, technology integration, refurbishments, and alternative service approaches.
