Background
The Social Security Administration (SSA) is issuing a three-year Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for online training licenses 'Brand name or Equal' Lawline Unlimited Enterprise Access Continuing Legal Education (CLE) service. This acquisition is utilizing the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 13 procedures. The purpose of the contract is to provide online Licenses for CLE to SSA’s OGC attorneys and paralegals across all its offices, as most states require attorneys to earn Continuing Legal Education (CLE) each year in order to maintain their professional license to practice law.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide a variety of CLE courses and training options to cover the most states’ requirements for CLE credits, including required live trainings. Additionally, the vendor shall provide a user portal that allows users to track CLE, certificates, and create learning paths.
The offeror shall also provide telephone and email Technical Support on an as-needed basis with minimum availability of Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. The contract includes multiple periods of performance applicable, including the Base Period and two 12-month option periods.
