Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials needed to install exterior doors and commercial locks. This includes five doors and eleven weatherproof electronic commercial locks with keypads. The contractor shall replace five of the current doors. Install weatherproof electronic commercial locks with keypads on eleven external doors. This also includes removal of old doors and or materials.

The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirment is 238350. The solicitation will be awarded as a single award firm-fixed price type contract. The location where the work will be performed, will be at theTucson Area Indian Health Service (TAIHS) as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of Performance TBD.

An organized site visit has been scheduled for March 9, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. Mountain Standard Time. Participants will meet at Building SX-5 please park in the North parking lot, which is the lot right past the Security Guard Shack. See attached Map Any questions can be directed at Michael Thorne, Michael.Thorne@ihs.gov.

It would be very beneficial to attend the site visit to view the existing doors as the buildings were built in 1938.

Masks must be worn at all times during site visit.

This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at https://www.sam.gov.

In compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M-15-19 memorandum Improving Government Efficiency and Saving Taxpayer Dollars Through Electronic Invoicing directing Federal agencies to adopt electronic invoicing as the primary means to disburse payment to vendors.

Invoices submitted under any award resulting from this solicitation will be required to utilize the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) in accordance with HHSAR 352.232-71, Electronic Submission and Processing of Payment Requests .

IPP is a secure, web-based electronic invoicing system provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service, in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRSTL). Respondents to this solicitation are encouraged to register an account with IPP if they have not already done so. If your organization is already registered to use IPP, you will not be required to re-register- however, we encourage you make sure your organization and designated IPP user accounts are valid and up to date.
