This is a follow-up Sources Sought Announcement to MARKET SURVEY 6067-1 posted to FebBiZOpps on 12 October 2016.

The purpose of this market survey is to locate potential sources capable of providing the following part:

5960-01-349-5380 - Electron Tube; P/N SM-D-800074, CAGE 80063

Compatible Parts:

5960-01-323-6432 - Electron Tube; P/N L5772-50, Gov't P/N SM-D-800074-2, CAGE 80080

5960-01-089-3554 - Electron Tube; P/N 1742H, Gov't P/N SM-D-800074-1, CAGE 73293

This procurement is anticipated to be a 3-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and procured via Firm Fixed rice (FFP). The Best Estimate Quantities (BEQ) are as follows: Year 1 - Qty 30, Year 2- Qty 25, Year 3 - Qty 15. The BEQ's listed are for planning purposes only.
Desired range quantity pricing is as follows: 1- 10, 11-20, 21-30 and 31-40 for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing only. It is highly encouraged that interested sources fully capable of satisfying this requirement identify and submit their best economic range quantity ROM pricing for cost savings as part of their responses to this announcement for consideration.

The U.S. Government (USG) is not in possession of a complete Technical Data Package for this item. Release of the source control drawing is subject to a verification of the Joint Certification Program through the interested parties CAGE.

All interested potential sources must prepare a response (in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat) no greater than 5 pages in length, specifying their ability to supply this part as required by the USG.
