Background

Work Details

The contractor must certify understanding and compliance with the minimum requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and demonstrate their technical approach, staffing capabilities, facilities, equipment availability, and overall understanding of the requirements.

Additionally, they must handle, transport, and dispose of waste materials in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices. Past performance information is required; contractors must submit three references for similar work performed in the last three years. The evaluation criteria for award will include technical capability, past performance ratings based on timeliness and quality of work, and price.
