This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation FA527024QA001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Transportation of Government Furnishings, Okinawa, Japan. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). All responsible sources may submit a quote.

This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAC) 2024-03, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 01/22/2024, and Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DAFAC) 07/07/2023. This Transportation of Government Furnishings will be acquired and performed entirely overseas, in Okinawa, Japan.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 484110, General Freight Trucking, Local. The NAICS Code was identified through a review of the U.S. Census Bureau's website where General Freight Trucking, Local was listed as a corresponding index category. The business size standard is $34 million.

Offerors must be registered in the SAM.gov at https://sam.gov/, in order to be considered for award. A current copy of a prospective awardee's Reps and Certs will be validated using the SAM.gov website prior to the issuance of an award.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The Contractor will provide all personnel, vehicles. Labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to accomplish intra-island transportation Government-owned furnishings and appliances, as set forth in the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS) for accompanied and unaccompanied members.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:

The work to be performed under this BPA will be in Okinawa, Japan.
