Background
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is seeking temporary lodging for personnel during reserve drills for Port Security Unit 301. The goal of this contract is to provide adequate accommodations for Coast Guard members while they participate in training exercises at Buzzards Bay, MA.

Work Details
The contractor will provide temporary lodging for Coast Guard personnel, specifically 36 single occupancy rooms and 594 double occupancy rooms, totaling 630 rooms over the contract period. The total number of room nights required is 1,605. PSU 301 will submit berthing rosters detailing specific dates and room needs at least 28 days prior to check-in.

The anticipated usage dates include various combinations of single and double occupancy rooms from August 2025 through July 2026, with specific room counts and dates outlined for each month. All rooms must be non-smoking, and the hotel must be located within 16 miles of Joint Base Cape Cod. The contractor must ensure that all facilities meet the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 standards and have a minimum AAA rating of three diamonds. Additional requirements include free Wi-Fi, included parking charges, and dining establishments within walking distance.
