Contractors interested in participating in this solicitation shall review the attached RFQ 70B01C23Q00000160 in its entirety prior to submitting a technical quotation response, beginning with Phase 1: Volume I, Factor 1 - Prior Experience. Quotations shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via e-mail in accordance with the RFQ guidelines. Phase 1: Factor 1 Prior Experience Contractors shall submit Volume I as a single document for their written response to Factor 1 Prior Experience. Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ's Phase 1 shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Cami Schmidt via e-mail at camilla.j.schmidt@cbp.dhs.gov such that they are received by the government no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Tuesday, September 26, 2023. There will be no exceptions to the time and date on which responses are due, unless determined otherwise by the Government. Quotes shall be received by the government no later than the date and time specified above. Contractors may submit questions in writing regarding the Statement of Work and the terms and conditions of this solicitation. Questions shall be directed to the Contract Specialist, Cami Schmidt via e-mail at camilla.j.schmidt@cbp.dhs.gov. TELEPHONE INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The deadline for questions is 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Tuesday, September 19, 2023, in order to allow the Government an opportunity to respond. The Government response to questions will be issued as a solicitation amendment, as necessary. Please be advised that the Government reserves the right to transmit questions and answers to all prospective Contractors.
