Synopsis Notice for Supply Chain Risk Management Services

This is not a request for quote/proposal but a synopsis notice. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a) Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to extend the Supply Chain Risk Management Services in support of the Algorithm Warfare Cross Functional Team (AWCFT), Project Maven, to the incumbent, Thundercat Technology, LLC, on a sole source, 1925 Isaac Newton Sq, Ste. 180, Reston, VA 20190-5030. Project Maven seeks to gain a better understanding of the commercial Artificial Intelligence (AI) supply chain. The contractor is currently performing services under contract number HQ0034-19C-0064, with services concluding on April 1, 2023. The anticipated period of performance is for approximately three months from April 2, 2023 to July 1, 2023.

The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting From A Single Source. The requirement is currently being re-competed through a competitive acquisition, with an anticipated award around July 2, 2023.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will NOT be honored or acknowledged.
