This item supports various weapon systems for which Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (0J198) , DRS Network & Imaging Systems LLC (1RWE7), Ace Electronics Defense Systems LLC (5TWH2), and United Support Solutions LMT Inc (7MAC9) are sources of supply. The scope of this acquisition includes all Department of Defense (DoD) managed items for which Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (0J198) , DRS Network & Imaging Systems LLC (1RWE7), Ace Electronics Defense Systems LLC (5TWH2), and United Support Solutions LMT Inc (7MAC9) are the original equipment manufacturers (OEM).

The proposed procurement does contain an option to extend the contract period one (1) or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration shall not exceed five (5) years (one three-year base period with two one-year option periods).
This proposed procurement includes one Federal Supply Class: 5930.
This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1).
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, surge and sustainment, small business participation, and other factors as described in the solicitation.
