SJAFB Air Show 2023- Narrator

Background
The contract is for narration support services for the 2023 Seymour Johnson Air Force Base (SJAFB) Air Show. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) control point is a specified location where the event organizer, or a designated representative or an 'Air Boss' manages the aviation event. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and equipment required to provide the Air Show control point with Narrator services from 19-21 May 2023.
The contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other items and services necessary to provide an Open House Control Point with a Narrator for SJAFB Open House, 19-21 May 2023.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide an Airshow Narrator with multi-year experience to entertain, inform and manage the crowd. This includes crowd control announcements in case of mishap, narration of all air show flying activities, voiceovers, announcing information, PSA’s, participating during Professional Pilot and FAA Safety Briefings, and conducting any media relations deemed necessary for event’s execution. The contractor must have no less than five (5) years of airshow narration/announcer experience.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from 19th to 21st May 2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in North Carolina.
