Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 17 is seeking Shuttle Services for the VA North Texas Health Care Campuses, which include Dallas, Fort Worth Outpatient Clinic, and Bonham.

The goal of this contract is to provide a state-of-the-art shuttle service that supports the mission of the VA to deliver quality care for Veterans, their families, guests, volunteers, and employees.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, vehicles, equipment, supervision, and tools necessary to carry out shuttle transportation services.

The services will include multiple shuttle routes specifically designed for Veteran patients, guests, volunteers, and employees across the following locations:
1. PATRIOT GARAGE SHUTTLE – Dallas VA (RED ZONE) operating from 5:30 AM to 6:30 PM;
2. LIBERTY PARKING GARAGE – Dallas VA (GREEN ZONE) operating from 5:30 AM to 6:30 PM;
3. FREEDOM PARKING GARAGE – Dallas VA (ORANGE ZONE) operating from 5:30 AM to 6:30 PM;
4. LOT 1 PATIENT PARKING – Dallas VA (RED ZONE) operating from 5:30 AM to 6:00 PM; and
5. SOUTH SIDE OVERFLOW SHUTTLE – Dallas VA (ORANGE ZONE) operating from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Each route requires professional signage on the exterior of the bus indicating the shuttle route name and color zone.

Period of Performance
The contract is anticipated to cover a base period from May 15, 2025, through May 14, 2026, with four one-year option periods extending through May 14, 2030.

Place of Performance
VA North Texas Health Care Campuses including Dallas and Fort Worth Outpatient Clinic.
