Shaw AFB SABER   3

Requirement to produce a Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements (SABER) Contract at Shaw AFB. Projects under this re-competed contract will consist of various construction work stated in the statement of work for each individual task order. Work will be performed on Shaw AFB. Types of projects include, but are not limited to new construction, and interior/exterior remodeling/renovation/repairs. Project disciplines may include, but not be limited to, one or more of the following: civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, plumbing, communications, intrusion/detection, audio/visual systems, and electrical disciplines, asphalt and concrete pavements, masonry, various roofing systems, landscaping, environmental, power and heat generation. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment necessary to manage and successfully accomplish each project/task order. The basic contract performance period will be for a term of one base year and six (6) option years of performance with an option for an additional six months.
