Description

STS-related services for the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in support of DoS CA/CST systems, as well as IT Service Management (ITSM) and Business Process Improvement (BPI) for CA/CST. The services described in this PWS blends an industry best practices approach to providing service and support and design intended to address areas of need that are customized to CST's work.
This contract opportunity is for STS-related services for the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in support of DoS CA/CST systems, as well as IT Service Management (ITSM) and Business Process Improvement (BPI) for CA/CST. The services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) aim to provide industry best practices approach to service and support, customized to CST's work.

The contract includes various tasks such as project management and reporting, transition activities, facility management, independent verification and validation services, product review, testing support, continuous integration & continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD) integration, IT service management support services, portal services, tools and repository services, configuration control management services, travel, other direct costs (ODC), and facility. The period of performance for each task varies but generally spans 12 months from the completion of the transition period.

The contract pricing includes a mix of firm-fixed-price, labor hours, and cost reimbursable types.
