Self Service Transaction Machine (SSTM) Research

This solicitation is made by Fiscal Service Procurement, on behalf of the United States Access Board (USAB) to Small Business vendors for draft and final versions of a Preliminary Regulatory Impact Assessment (PRIA) that evaluates the estimated impact of the Self-Service Transaction Machine (SSTM) proposed rule both from cost and benefits perspectives and assist the United States Access Board with the regulatory review process overseen by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside under GSA MAS NAICS code 541611 subcategory Financial, Economic and Regulatory Analysis Support. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order resulting from this solicitation to the vendor whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Offerors are prohibited from communicating directly with USAB personnel about this procurement action.
