NCR-NAMA: WWI MEMORIAL MAINTENANCE
Background
The National Park Service (NPS) National Mall and Memorial Parks (NAMA) World War I Memorial, previously called Pershing Park, underwent a total rehabilitation and upgrade completed in 2021. The site pool is now operational again and is completely revamped. Additional new sculptures are scheduled to be installed and completed by May 2024.
This newly renovated site shall be maintained and operated to ensure that the site features remain functional and operational for visitor satisfaction and to ensure the lasting quality of the site.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, management, and non-personal services necessary to perform operations and maintenance, preventative maintenance, service calls, and repairs (minor and major) for all equipment, systems, facilities, and grounds designated to the World War I Memorial as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
The contractor shall perform all work to the standards within this Performance Work Statement.

Period of Performance
Period of Performance: 11/01/2022 to 08/31/2027

Place of Performance
The World War I Memorial comprises the area in Washington, D.C., between 14th and 15th Streets NW, and Pennsylvania Avenue North and South.
