NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT

The 90th Contracting Squadron at F. E. Warren AFB, WY, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to Action Target, Inc., on a sole source basis utilizing FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, in accordance with DAFFARS 5313.501 - 10 U.S.C. 3204(a), Use of Procedures Other Than Competitive Procedures, (41 U.S.C. 1901). The 90th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for the following items which are only available through Action Target, Inc., the sole manufacturer and authorized distributor/installer Action Target products:

25 EACH Total Containment Trap (TCT)3 Bullet Plates, 178 inches, Smooth, AR550

20 EACH TCT4 Heavy Duty Mouth Bottoms

20 EACH TCT4 Heavy Duty Mouth Tops, REDLINE

1 JOB Incidental Installation/Shipping/Delivery

The Contractor or an authorized installer of Action Target, Inc. is required to provide incidental install and all miscellaneous consumable hardware for the complete installation.

NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE

The intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 332313, with a Size Standard of 750 Employees.

REGULATORY AUTHORITY

The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05.

Required Delivery Date: 200 Calendar Days ARO.

Place of Delivery: F. E. Warren AFB, WY

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. All information received within seven (7) days of the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish bona fide capability (i.e. unit price, list price, shipping & handling costs, the delivery period after contract award, the prompt payment discount terms, the F.O.B. Destination, the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), and the certification of business size) to meet the requirement will be considered by the 90th Contracting Squadron.

All responses to this notice shall be submitted electronically by 11:00AM MST, on Thursday, 1 August 2024, to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed below.

A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the 90th Contracting Squadron. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
