Repair HVAC System CAMP CASEY, RLFC, TANGO, K16 KOREA (MATOC ONLY)

Background
The solicitation is for the repair of HVAC systems at various camps in Korea. The contract is issued to existing Area I & II General Construction Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) Contractors only. The estimated price range for the construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving the award.

Work Details
The work to be performed includes repairing HVAC systems at various camps, involving architecture work, mechanical work, and environmental requirements. Specific tasks include restoring wall openings, replacing cooling towers, water chillers, circulation pumps, ducts, insulations, control work associated with equipment replacement, and more.
The Contractor is required to perform work consistent with the relevant policy and objectives identified in Installation’s Environmental Management System (EMS). Additionally, the Contractor shall perform work in a manner that conforms to all appropriate Environmental Management Programs and Operational Controls identified by Installation’s EMS.

Period of Performance
The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving the award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations including Camp Casey, RLFC, TANGO, and K-16 in Korea.
