Background
The solicitation is for the repair of deteriorated COF building S-3698 at Camp Hovey. The work involves repairing admin building S-3698 and includes various tasks such as replacing existing floor tile with new PVCT including VCB as shown on floor plan and interior finish schedule; replacing deteriorated existing wall panels and new CMU concrete wall; repairing the heating and cooling system by installing new VRF duct-free split heat pump indoor and outdoor units; replacing existing lighting/exterior lighting fixtures; and more. The work also includes compliance with environmental requirements and antiterrorism/operations security review.

Period of Performance
The contractor must begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 180 calendar days after receiving the award.
