This is a non-personal services Contract to provide Refuse/Recycling Collection and Disposal at Fort Campbell, KY. The Fort Campbell Army installation consists of over 105,000 acres and is located within the jurisdictions of four (4) counties and two (2) states (Kentucky and Tennessee). It is the size of a small city supporting over 30,000 military personnel, a civilian workforce of over 8,800 people, and is home to the second largest Army retirement community in the country with over 125,000 retirees visiting the installation to utilize facilities and benefits.
