This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6-Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 5.203(a)(2) this solicitation will be posted for less than fifteen (15) days.

Amendment 001 is posted on 6/24/2024 to extend the solicitation through 07/01/2024 at 2:00 ET.

Amendment 002 is posted on 6/28/2024 to extend the solicitation through 07/05/2024 at 2:00 ET.

All other terms remain unchanged.

Background
The solicitation is issued by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) for the purchase of Radio Frequency Cables (RF Cables) on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. The requirement is being solicited as Unrestricted and the contract will be awarded to the Offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote.

Work Details
The RF Cables are detailed in a table with Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), descriptions, quantities, and drawing numbers. The requirement contains drawings designated as Distribution D and Export Control, authorized for distribution to the DOD and US DOD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Offerors must have active registration in JCP to access the drawings.
The required delivery is 90 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to Naval Station Newport, RI. The items shall be new, and no used or refurbished items will be allowed.
