Moving Service Contract for Bldg 1 1C area FNCVAMC (VA-23-00044111)   2

Fayetteville, NC VA Medical Center (FNCVAMC), Building 1, C-Wing, First floor. This requirement includes furniture/furnishings removal, furniture/furnishings installation, loading and move services, and truck/hauling services, and delivery throughout our main campus and the local Fayetteville area. The tasks included are pickup, delivery, assembly, disassembly, maintenance reconfigurations, packing/unpacking and place in storage new furniture deliveries and disposal. The FNCVAMC requires a move contractor to have experience with large scale facilities and multiple buildings to provide a full range of services to disassemble/reassemble, remove existing office furniture/furnishings, related materials from 2300 Ramsey Street, building 1, C-Wing first floor, transport the items to a new location and install/place them according to the direction of the Interior Designer and/or COR. A Request for Quotation will be issued the week of March 20,2023. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is March 27, 2023, through May 26, 2023. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 561210 Facilities Support Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $47 million. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
