Purchase of (2) Vehicles SUV 4x4

Background
The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement for the purchase of two SUV Vehicle 4x4. This solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the applicable regulations. The goal of the contract is to acquire vehicles that meet specific performance and safety standards for use by the embassy.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of two 2025 model SUV 4x4 vehicles with the following specifications:
- Motor: 2.8L Diesel Turbo Intercooler or better
- Automatic Transmission: 8 speeds
- Third row of folding seats
- Capacity: Seven (7) passengers
- Automatic air conditioner: triple zone
- Adaptive Cruise Control (DRCC)
- Lane Keep Assist (LTA)
- Pre-Collision System (PCS)
- Front and rear proximity sensors
- 8 Airbags (front, side, curtain, and knees)
- ABS+VSC+DAC+CRAWL systems
- Center differential lock
- Smart Entry and push-button ignition with immobilizer
- Protective bars on doors against side impact
- Front belts with pretensioner and force limiter
- LED fog and driving lights
- Serviceability in Panama by authorized Dealership.
- Vendor must be an Authorized representative of the brand they are selling, providing the manufacturer's in-country warranty and warranty service.
- Minimum Warranty: 3 years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.

Period of Performance
Delivery is required F.O.B. destination to U.S. Embassy Panama within fifteen (15) calendar days after contract award.
