Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Support Services Request for Information   2

Background
The Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking contracted Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Support Services to assist the United States Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). The goal of this contract is to provide essential technical support services for the management and sustainment of PKI systems that are critical for the security and operational capabilities of the USMC, both in garrison and deployed environments.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive support for the operations, management, and sustainment of PKI and related programs. This includes:

1. Staff augmentation for day-to-day operations of Marine Corps PKI;
2. Provision of PKI Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support various initiatives;
3. Ensuring contractor personnel meet training, certification, and security clearance requirements;
4. Management and execution of projects for Program Managers;
5. Conducting in-depth reviews to identify progress and risks;
6. Post-deployment applications software PKI support;
7. Certificate generation and issuance in support of Zero Trust;
8. Operation and maintenance of Marine Corps Only Locally Trusted (OLT) PKIs;
9. Operation and maintenance of Marine Corps Commercial Solutions for Classified PKIs;
10. DoD/NSS/Gray Certificate Validation support;
11. DISA DoD/NSS/Gray Registration Authority operations;
12. Integration support for fielded systems;
13. Field technical support.

Place of Performance
The primary site for performance will be at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, with additional Local Registration Authorities located in Okinawa, Japan; Camp Pendleton, California; Camp Lejeune, North Carolina; and Washington, DC.
