The 9th Contracting Squadron, located at Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, 95903, is seeking information about qualified sources to provide propane gas. A DRAFT Statement of Work detailing the requirement is attached for reference.

No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this Sources Sought or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to notify the industry of the USAF intent for contract action and to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, service-disabled veteran, etc.).

The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award.

Interested parties should submit a capabilities statement pertaining to the requested Propane BPA requirement IAW the attached draft Statement of Work by Monday, 21 April 2025, at 10:30 a.m. PDT, to Cali McVay at cali.mcvay.1@us.af.mil and SSgt Brandon Washington at brandon.washington.8@us.af.mil.

Background
The 9th Contracting Squadron at Beale Air Force Base (AFB), CA, is seeking information from qualified sources to provide propane gas. This request is part of the USAF's intent for contract action to gather knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications. The proposed contract action is anticipated to be issued as a firm-fixed price award.

Work Details
The contractor will provide propane gas and delivery services for Beale AFB, California. The tanks involved include:

(1) 10,000 gallon tank (government owned)
(6) 1,000 gallon tanks (leased)
(2) 1,150 gallon tanks (leased)
(3) 500 gallon tanks (leased).

Propane usage is estimated between 1,000 – 6,000 gallons per month. No individual purchase under this agreement shall exceed $25,000. Invoices must include:

- Name of Contractor
- BPA number
- Date of Call
- Call Number
- Itemized list of supplies or services furnished
- Quantity
- Unit Price
- Extension of each item less applicable discounts
- Date of delivery or service.

Deliveries must occur within 24 hours of notification. Pricing will be index-plus-fee based on AePEX Energy or Midstream Energy indices.
