Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Services for White Earth Health Clinicfor

Background
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking non-personal services for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Services at White Earth Health Clinic. The contract is set aside 100% for Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE). The services are intended to be performed for the White Earth Service Unit at the White Earth Health Center, Naytahwaush Health Center, or the Pine Point Health Center.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide up to three full-time equivalent primary care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants in Family Practice or Pediatrics. The services include providing emergency medical care, initial evaluation and management of emergency patients, and definitive medical care. The contract also includes requirements for medical license/certification and drug enforcement administration (DEA) certificate, access to government information systems, background investigation, security notice, and vaccination/immunization.

Period of Performance
The period of performance includes a base year from August 1, 2022, to July 31, 2023, with the potential for four option years extending the contract until July 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services are to be performed at White Earth Health Center in Ogema, MN; Naytahwaush Health Center in Naytahwaush, MN; and Pine Point Satellite Clinic in Ponsford, MN.
