This procurement is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is comprised of the solicitation in its entirety. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Proposals shall be submitted electronically to Norman Cofer, Contracting Officer, cofer.norman@pbgc.gov and the alternate point of contact, Francesca Rodriguez, Contract Specialist, rodriguez.francesca no later than 9:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on August 5, 2019. Questions may be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer's and the alternate's email addresses no later than 9:00 am on July 22, 2019 EDT. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFP will be published on FedBizOpps (FBO). Therefore, it is the Offeror's responsibility to visit FBO frequently for updates regarding this procurement.
