The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award a small business set-
aside, firm fixed-price contract. The contract will be issued for a one-time purchase of two Pendulum Frequency Counters. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement and proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Please see attached Solicitation and Item Description for details.

Background
The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIMB) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is seeking to award a firm fixed-price contract for the acquisition of Pendulum Frequency Counters.

The goal of this contract is to procure two Pendulum CNT 91R Frequency Counters as part of the agency's mission to maintain operational readiness and support its technical requirements.
