Park Custodial Services at Kansas City USACE Missouri (Stockton)   4

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District is issuing this solicitation for custodial services at the Stockton Lake Project in Missouri. The project aims to provide essential maintenance and cleanliness at various recreation areas, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for visitors.

Stockton Lake serves multiple purposes, including flood control, recreation, and wildlife management, and is part of a network of lakes managed by the Corps to mitigate flooding in the Missouri and Mississippi River basins.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide custodial services at three locations: High Point & Masters Recreation Areas, Ruark Bluff West (RBW), and Ruark Bluff East (RBE). Services include but are not limited to:
1. Cleaning of restrooms, picnic areas, campsites, and other facilities.
2. Removal of trash and debris from park facilities.
3. Regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met as per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
4. Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding service provision.
5. Development and implementation of a quality control program to maintain service standards.
6. Emergency cleanups as required during the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year starting from April 16, 2025, through September 30, 2025, with two additional option years extending through September 30 of 2026 and 2027.
