PANAMAX 24-Exercise and Execution: Lodging, Meals & parking (Suffolk, VA)

Background
The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) has a requirement for lodging, meals, transportation, and parking in support of PANAMAX Exercise and Execution in Suffolk, VA. The lodging, transportation, parking, and meal requirements are detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for this planning conference.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide lodging for 250 nights for Foreign National participants in a rooming list provided by the GR. Additionally, the contractor shall provide 260 breakfasts, 270 lunches, 250 dinners, and 70 parking spaces. The hotel must be located within Suffolk, VA to securely transport participants to and from the Joint Warfighting Center. The hotel shall pass a DOD security assessment and provide orientation and meeting with the hotel security manager. The contractor shall also provide a representative to act as a liaison with the GR and ensure maintenance or repairs of hotel equipment are promptly addressed at the contractor’s expense.
