Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is seeking expressions of interest from firms regarding P506 Stainless Steel Coil. The Electron Ion Collider (EIC) is a new Nuclear Physics Facility that will use collisions between polarized Ions and polarized electrons to study it inner structure of the Nucleon.
