The United States Air Force Sustainment Center is seeking a contractor to provide training and staff development initiatives for the Air Force Working Capital Fund (AFWCF). The purpose of this task order is to improve the knowledge and performance of the government workforce in a WCF environment. The contractor will deliver existing training courses, develop new courses, and provide analytical program management, coaching, and mentoring support to organizations operating within AFWCF. The goal is to develop and maintain a workforce with expertise in WCF principles and processes. The period of performance for this contract is one twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option periods, starting on July 1, 2024.

The contractor will be responsible for delivering training courses to improve the knowledge and performance of the government workforce in a Working Capital Fund (WCF) environment. This includes delivering existing courses, developing new courses, and providing coaching and mentoring support. The target audience for these courses includes civilians at various GS levels with experience in finance, supply, maintenance, logistics, or business operations. The contractor will also be responsible for updating course materials to ensure they are current and relevant. Deliverables include course materials, training performance reports, completion certificates, project management plans, monthly status reports, deliverable receipt forms, invoices, and quarterly interim progress reviews.
