Operations and Maintenance and Related Services, El Paso, TX and Southeastern NM Region   2

Background
The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Greater Southwest Region, intends to solicit proposals for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Related Services located within El Paso, TX and Southeastern NM Region. Offerors will be expected to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, and all related services located within El Paso, TX and Southeastern NM Region.

Work Details
This is a Performance Based Work Statement (PBWS) for Services which may include Facilities Engineering: Operations, Maintenance, and Related Services defined under the scope of this contract. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies without interrupting tenant operations and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical operation.
The Contractor shall provide services at approximately 12 locations covering approximately 750,000 aggregate square feet. The work includes facilities engineering practices rooted in 'systems thinking' to provide building operations and maintenance and related services from a global perspective. The Contractor shall also participate in initiatives to conserve energy and water consumption.
