ITEMS REQUESTED

(1) Delivery and installation of a 33'6 x 8'11 operable wall divider for MARDET Dam Neck as required by the PWS and contract, and removal at the end of the period of performance. They currently have an existing inoperable and unrepairable in-ceiling room dividing paneled wall that needs removal and replacement in kind (panel style and inoperable equipment visual attached).

(2) Installation of the operating wall, there must also be repairs to the acoustic tile ceiling around the installation track. The work includes removal and disposal of existing inoperable partitioned wall, track system, and damaged acoustic ceiling at 2088 REGULUS AVE BLDG. 420 ROOM C160 VIRGINIA BEACH VA 23461.
