OPEN TANK NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of an OPEN TANK NOTIFICATION SYSTEM service at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment, travel, material, parts, supervision, and administration necessary to perform maintenance actions required for installing the Open Tank Notification System in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 28 March 2023 at 1300 CST (1:00PM CST).

This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.

Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.

A site vist is scheduled to occur on 24 March 2023 at Altus AFB for the open tank notificaiton systems installation service. A notification of attendance will be due to Janella Rivas by 4:30 PM CST 22 March 2023. Please see Attachment 6 - Notification of Site Visit for full details.
