NRC - Professional Development, Retirement and Admin Training - MRAS

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), in collaboration with the General Services Administration (GSA), is initiating a market research request for information (RFI) to support its enterprise-wide professional development training program. The NRC, as a federal agency responsible for ensuring the safe use of radioactive materials for beneficial civilian purposes while protecting people and the environment, recognizes the importance of continuous professional development for its workforce. This initiative aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of NRC personnel through comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

The primary objective of this RFI is to gather information on potential service providers capable of delivering a wide range of professional development training services across various disciplines relevant to the NRC's mission. The scope of work includes designing, developing, and implementing training courses that address both technical and non-technical competencies required by NRC staff.
