Novec 7200 Engineered thermal control fluid for Gateway flight vehicles

Background
NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Novec 7200 Engineered thermal control fluid for Gateway flight vehicles. This is a Brand Name requirement. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The procurement is set aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. However, any award from this RFQ shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the System for Award Management System (SAM) and completion of Reps and Certs in the system prior to award at www.sam.gov.

Work Details
The contractor shall deliver eight 55-gallon drums of 3M Novec HFE-7200 and provide a certificate of analysis confirming the fluid falls within spec for purity and non-volatile residue. They should also communicate production and delivery schedule updates as they occur.
The product shall be delivered no later than 190 days after purchase.

Place of Performance
The product shall be delivered to TOSC Logistics Warehouse, Bldg K6-1547, Kennedy Space Center Fl. 32899.
