Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Restore America's Estuaries

Background
The National Sea Grant College Program is sponsoring Restore America's Estuaries (RAE) for the 2024 Coastal and Estuarine Summit scheduled for October 6-10, 2024. This event serves as a networking, outreach, and educational opportunity that aligns with Sea Grant's mission to promote coastal ocean and Great Lakes science through education, research, and outreach.

Work Details
The contractor will serve as a Patron-Level Sponsor for the '2024 Coastal & Estuarine Summit' in Arlington, VA. The sponsorship includes several benefits: one complimentary exhibit booth onsite, two complimentary registrations, a one-year membership in either the RAE Corporate Partner Program or Affiliate Member Program (as applicable), logo placement on the event website, app, printed program, and onsite signage for three logos.

Additionally, there will be visual recognition at both the opening and closing plenaries, acknowledgment in the Annual Report, sponsorship of the Poster Session Happy Hour, and session sponsorships for 'Food for Thought' and 'Advancing Science and Technology in Marine Debris'. Deliverables include weekly progress reports with final invoices submitted upon acceptance of deliverables by the Alternate Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR).

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from October 6, 2024 to October 10, 2024 during the conference.

Place of Performance
The place of performance will be at the contractor's place of business.
