Description

The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific), San Diego, CA
hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order on
a noncompetitive basis with Erin Hutchins, dba ACT Government Services. The requirement is for the
purchase of the following:

ACT Government Services will provide Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification (LPCC) program
to NIWC Pacific and HQ Leadership training delivered in a virtual environment as a joint effort. This
vendor will provide an ICF-accredited team coaching training certification program to support fourteen
(14) participants for a Period of Performance (PoP) of approximately 12 months at NIWC Pacific, San
Diego, CA.
Based on the approved JNCP (Justification for Non-Competitive Procurement), which will be posted after
award, there is only one responsible source and no other supplier will satisfy the agency requirement.
