New Cumberland Mooring Post System

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is a request for quotations, numbered W911WN-16-Q-1903. This notice is issued as a 100% small business set aside under NAICS code 332510 with a small business size of 500 employees; all small businesses registered on WWW.SAM.GOV under NAICS Code 332510 are invited to submit quotes. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85 (eff. 04 Jan 16). The contract line item numbers (bid schedule) are provided in Appendix A and the specifications are provided in Appendix B. Items to be procured under this notice are two heavy duty mooring post systems SAME OR EQUAL TO Tide Slide Mega Yacht 17-4 Class. Delivery will be made (FOB Destination) to New Cumberland Lock and Dam, 29501 State Route 7, Stratton, OH 43961-0159 NLT 60 days after receipt of award. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition:

52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items; Offers will be reviewed to ensure they comply with the specifications in Appendix B. Offers which comply will then be evaluated, and an award will be made to the lowest priced offeror.
