Navy - Asset Management Software - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the United States Navy, is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing technical support services for the Navy's Maximo software installation. This initiative aims to enhance depot and production management efforts related to overhaul and refurbishment operations. The primary goal is to ensure continued technical support that aligns with the Navy's operational requirements and strategic objectives, leveraging both Maximo and Windchill software systems.

The scope of work outlined in this solicitation involves delivering Maximo Managed Services for Code WXMT's active Maximo Installation. Contractors are expected to provide comprehensive technical support, which includes troubleshooting, assisting with software updates for Maximo servers and user interfaces, as well as configuring and integrating the system within existing NSWC Crane Enterprise IT frameworks. These services may be rendered remotely or onsite at NSWC Crane, depending on project needs.

Contractors must possess a high level of expertise in both Maximo and Windchill systems to effectively meet the project requirements. The work will include ensuring seamless integration with existing NSWC Crane IT systems while maintaining compliance with relevant security protocols. Although no classified information handling is anticipated, contractors will need to manage Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) generated during software setup and testing phases.

Security measures are a critical component of this contract; contractors must comply with all physical access regulations when operating within government facilities. While a SECRET facility security clearance is not expected due to the nature of the information handled, contractors should maintain robust cybersecurity practices in collaboration with NSWC Crane IT personnel to protect sensitive data adequately.
